A master of large scale global business systems.  At JPMorgan Chase, Arthur was the principle architect of the Foundation Architecture.  Heading a program that produced architectures necessary for realization of the Global Business Strategy.  He was the manager of Strategy and Integration for eBusiness at Schering Plough.  

The chief architect of the first online voting system in a US national election for the DNC Arizona primary in 2000.  As an AT&T vendor, his firm created the global public relations and media relation system.  He has been chief architect for major trading floor systems, e-Commerce Hubs and many significant business and technology systems.

His latest coaching workshop brings Fortune 500 analysis and response tools to small and middle market businesses. The program refocuses a business, from Vision to Execution; taking advantage of the opportunities in today’s economic environment.

Early in his career, Arthur built British Audio Imports (1980). Becoming the third largest importer and distributor of high end British consumer audio. Leading to accepting Director of International Marketing at Anglo American Audio, the largest importer at the time.
